Romano, I noticed you got the modem working with slmodemd. What alsa module did u use? R u running i386 or amd64? I'll try alsa 1.0.15rc1 tonight (it says it includes alc268 support)... see if there r any improvements. Hopefully gutsy will b released with working alc268 and kernel 2.6.23 and we'll get s2ram and sound working out-of-the-box :)
