Sebastian, I believe that you are experiencing different issue than this bugzilla entry is about. I'm experiencing the same symptoms as are described in first comment (Alt+Tab unfreezes the desktop) and I can confirm, that `export KWIN_USE_BUFFER_AGE=0;` solves this problem. If this is not your case I suggest opening new bugzilla.
