Finally solved? I opened the AGP bus in the bios to a much larger bandwidth. New standard xorg.conf (dpkg-reconfigure -phigh xserver-xorg). No more Option "BusType" "PCI". Very good performance. Everything seems to work now. Such a stupid problem...
