Public bug reported:

When installing with full disk encryption, the installer does not allow
customisation of the size of /boot, resulting in a partition which is
256 MB. This is too small to be functional for more than a few months
on current versions, and was the cause of one of my machines failing to
upgrade to wily (due to insufficient space in /boot).

Please allow customising of the partition sizes when using an LVM +
cryptsetup install.

** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
