dpkg: cycle found while processing triggers:
chain of packages whose triggers are or may be responsible:
  ufw -> ufw
packages' pending triggers which are or may be unresolvable:
  systemd: /etc/init.d
  libc-bin: ldconfig
  initramfs-tools: update-initramfs
  libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0:amd64:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gdk-pixbuf-2.0/2.10.0/loaders
  desktop-file-utils: /usr/share/applications
  ureadahead: /etc/init: /etc/init.d
  gconf2: /usr/share/GConf/gsettings: /usr/share/gconf/schemas:
/usr/share/gconf/defaults
  ufw: /etc/ufw/applications.d

This isn't a bug in systemd itself, probably in dpkg? Triggers don't
have dependencies on each other, so I don't know how dpkg could even run
into a loop here?

** Summary changed:

- package systemd 228-2ubuntu2 failed to install/upgrade: triggers looping,
abandoned
+ upgrading ufw, libc-bin, initramfs-tools, systemd, and others: triggers
looping, abandoned

** Package changed: systemd (Ubuntu) => dpkg (Ubuntu)
