Dear Maddes, I am sorry to tell you that you wasted your time because you failed to RTFM. The configuration directory of apt-cacher-ng is /etc /apt-cacher-ng and not /etc/apt-cacher.
In case you wanted to report a problem in apt-cacher, please report there and not here.
