Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better.
As this appears to be due to the encoding used it is likely that this
issue is at pulseaudio or media-hub, I'm going to add media-hub to the
bug so they can decide if the issue is in that part of the stack.
Is it possible for you to share the problematic file to us to assist
with debugging? Either attach to the bug (if possible legally/due to
copyright) or send a message directly to us by selecting our profile in
Launchpad and then contact user.
If you have an Ubuntu desktop, do you experience the same problems when
playing with Totem/Rhythmbox?
