Oddly sounds like on ppc64el the build creates no systemd files, so the
sysvinit script gets used and I was not able to test this. Not sure
whether its possible to try modifying the init.d script to have the full
path assigned to the PROCESS variable. Running apt-get install -f
probably overwrites this again...
