** Description changed: Update: running 15.10 - when dragging an item over to the top of the screen where the top menu - is, the Windows gets stuck at the top and buttons can't be accessible, - so basically I can't move the settings app down, drag it, maximize it, - and minimize it. Even worse, Unity 8 remembers where the Windows was - when logged out, so it is stuck at the top + When dragging a Window (app) to the top of the screen where the menu is, + the menu covers up the buttons such as minimize, maximize, and close + (you can still close it), and since unity 8 remembers where your windows + was when closed and logged out, it gets stuck forever I have a bad time explaining things, I'm only 10 years old
