The printer sharing settings in system-config-printer only handle the
sharing between CUPS servers, they do not modify the Samba
configuration. Sharing to Windows boxes is usually done via Samba. So
check your Samba configuration.
Tim, what about adding some text to the dialog that the check boxes for
sharing printers only affect clients using CUPS?
