To everyone that recently posted on this bug: First of, thank you for taking your time to report your issues and helping to make Kubuntu better, but if you experience a slow login issue, please open a new report. This bug is specifically for an issue with detection of bluetooth devices in plasma-nm and not a general slow login issue collection tracker. This specific bug was fixed in 15.10 and is closed.
