If I want to view the changelog of package, I get always such a warning:

couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Keine Berechtigung)
“Keine Berechtigung” is German and means “no access”
This problem exists since I’ve upgraded to xenial.
Open aptitude, select a package and press “C”.
