I have a fresh OEM Dell Precision 3510 Ubuntu 14.04 LTS laptop. I have `apt update` and `apt-upgrade` (twice). I then ran `do-release-upgrade -dc` and confirmed I can install 16.04. I then ran `sudo do-release- upgrade -ds`. The sandbox failed. Please let me know what I can do to help test this.
