Public bug reported:

Description:    Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Release:        16.04
Package:        ola
Version:        0.9.8-1

The current ola version in Xenial-armhf is not compiled against
microhttpd, so the web server component in ola is missing, making it
unusable.

How to reproduce:

1) Install ola "apt-get install ola"
2a) Run ola "service start ola" -> does not bind to port 9090
2b) check olad shared libraries: ldd /usr/bin/olad |grep http
2c) there is no /usr/lib/libolahttp.so.0

Expected beaviour:
2a) olad binding a web server on port 9090
2b) something like:
        libolahttp.so.0 => /usr/lib/libolahttp.so.0 (0xb734a000)
        libmicrohttpd.so.5 => /usr/lib/libmicrohttpd.so.5 (0xb7312000)
2c) # dpkg -S /usr/lib/libolahttp.so.0
ola: /usr/lib/libolahttp.so.0

Not sure if this is caused by the upstream (debian) build or is Ubuntu
specific, I havent used the package for a while (last time on Lenny i386)

** Affects: ola (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
