According to build log https://launchpadlibrarian.net/222473475/buildlog_ubuntu-xenial-amd64.ola_0.9.8-1_BUILDING.txt.gz libmicrohttpd-dev was installed (its a build-dep) when building, but not found by configure script: "checking for libmicrohttpd... no"
