Marking as a duplicate of the other bug report for this where I already
asked a question.
Would be great if both of you could answer the question in there too.
My current guess is that you have IPv6 disabled on your machines somehow
and the upgrade script doesn't know about it but I'd like to confirm
before I upload a fix.
