Public bug reported: While trying a dragonboard image from edge yesterday, I found that the 'shutdown -h now' command caused a reboot, while the 'halt' command seemed to actually put the device in a state I could safely disconnect power.
I still need to collect more data on this, confirm whether it affects other devices, etc, but it might be after this week's sprint is done. ** Affects: linux-snapdragon (Ubuntu) Importance: Low Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1635134 Title: 'shutdown -h' reboots instead of halting To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-snapdragon/+bug/1635134/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
