Public bug reported: Software Updates (update-manager) will pop up announcing there are updates. After one accepts the updates and proceeds to package download, the screen that shows the package download state is such that the downloads cannot be seen except for one, as the subpanel within the dialog in which the download progress is shown/listed is locked at a small size.
Resizing the overall dialog has no effect. Screenshot attached.
