--Problem Description---
As per man page --postcopy-after-precopy should be used along with --postcopy
flag and if both these flags are not used then error should be thrown
accordingly

---Steps to Reproduce---
1. Make sure guest is available and running.
2. Try to perform postcopy migration with invalid flag combination as,
# virsh migrate Ubuntu1610-Test qemu+ssh://9.47.70.201/system
--postcopy-after-precopy --live
<blank>
# virsh migrate Ubuntu1610-Test qemu+ssh://9.47.70.201/system
--postcopy-after-precopy
<blank>
3. Ideally if unsupported flags are used then respective errors should be
thrown.
