Based on Carlos's comments I am assigning this to James:
Hi,
I looked at it and it seems that James triaged it. He is the openvswitch
expert in the team and the bug should be assigned to him. I don't seem
to have the privy to change the bug...
I'll talk to James about when he gets back from the charmer summit this
week.
