I've changed this to Confirmed because it broke the upgrade from Yakkety
to Zesty for me. The upgrade process stopped after the package updating
step, with this message:
Upgrade complete
The upgrade has completed but there were errors during the upgrade
process.
It didn't offer to remove obsolete packages or reboot.
