Andrey, you might as well give it up. This bug is nearly two years old. Evolution is a steaming pile of crap that is trying to emulate / copy an even bigger steaming pile of crap, namely MS LookOut! Like many of us, you're probably stuck having to connect to an Exchange server to read your company email, so I'd suggest abandoning Evolution altogether and using Windows XP + Outlook inside of a VMWare machine.
