Same problem here. Both Ubuntu Desktop 16.04, and 17.04 with kernel 4.10.0-19-generic #21-Ubuntu SMP Thu Apr 6 17:04:57 UTC 2017 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
This is on i7-6700TE @ 2.4GHz, 32 GB RAM, 500 GB SSD with Nvidia GeForce GT710 video card and Realtek 8821AE PCI-E wireless adaptor. The "pci=noaer" in the GRUB file does work for me to eliminate the error log spam. Before doing that fix, I had an extremely high error rate (every few microseconds) so /var/log/kern.log grew over 10 GB in just a few minutes after bootup.
