I'm not sure what "require early initramfs loading code" means exactly.
Does that mean that approach B cannot work? What about approach A?

I think we should be clear to users on expectations for Trusty though.
So I'll open a task, which we can set to Triaged, Won't Fix or In
Progress as appropriate.
