same here. 17.04 just got hit by this. clean install ubuntu 17.04, nvidia gtx-1060 with proprietary driver. I was hibernating my PC for about 3 weeks now, suddenly my mouse started to act weird. some clicks worked, some didn't I had problems with moving windows.
