I think I have a theory about this bug: It's caused by the
swipe-up-from-bottom-screen-edge gesture that is configured to show caribou.
I think that the cursor is swept off the screen to the bottom when you change
input devices (touch/pen/mouse), and when you re-enable them by pressing or
tapping the screen, it counts as this gesture.

Is there a way to disable this swipe-up gesture to test?
