Coming from https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell- extension-ubuntu-dock/+bug/1730199 I've recently noticed there is one wheelmouse action available on artful dock by default : on the « applications » icon, it allows you to change workspace, which is very convenient ( no more need for the ugly activities button )
François, I can see in dconf editor a scroll-switch-workspace which does not seem to work if enabled ( default behavior ) or I don't understand what it's supposed to do. I've set it to « off » and can't see any difference. Beside that if I set « cycle-windows » then no more workspace switching by wheel mouse on « applications » icon.
