On three Shuttle XS35 V5pro machines (Intel Celeron N3050), running Mint Mate 17.1 during an 'apt upgrade' similar symptoms as above (system slowed down, mouse pointer stopped working). (These systems are all remote, so I'm going by second-hand accounts). Machine then rebooted/crashed, and would then only boot to GRUB. (This may be because the machines use LUKS to encrypt the drive).
I have one of the affected machines back, and can access the drive (although not boot it), so if there's any logs you'd like then let me know. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1531861 Title: System crash on installation of GRUB2-SIGNED package To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/grub2-signed/+bug/1531861/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
