Dear Walter, In last two days I haven't got time to look around in the topic, but I discussed this problem with colleagues who develop softwares for instruments using Linux, asking for their opinion. They told me if the file operations remain alive after window crashing, it can mean the problem must be a window manager problem instead of problem of the file manager itself. I appreciate their opinion, so first of all I will check the live CD with "Try Lubuntu" function, which is the purest version of Lubuntu without extra packages. If the problem comes up, we will get closer to the solution.. So tomorrow.
