Public bug reported:

Attempting to install a dual boot machine with a pre-existing Windows
partition, I resized the active one. Did not touch the boot one and
proceeded to "Something Else" the free 100GB with / root partition, the
drive selected for booting and nothing else.

It failed to install Grub to the Drive.

I will now attempt to resize the Win-Boot partition, giving grub-bios
enough space to grab the first MB that it might require.
