Wouldn't that leave all the remaining lubuntu packages marked as automatically installed, and therefore slated for removal at the next apt-get autoremove? If so, that's not very helpful. Also, don't "recommends" packages get installed by default? If so, wouldn't setting pavucontrol-qt to "recommends" still give you the experience you expect, while still allowing non-Pulse installations for users who need them? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1816278 Title: lubuntu-desktop requires pulseaudio to be installed To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lubuntu-meta/+bug/1816278/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
