I've now tested kernels 4.15.0-39, 4.15.0-45, 4.15.0-50, 4.15.0-54, 4.15.0-55 and all have the same behaviour - so this does not seem to be a kernel issue after all.
I unplugged everything and tested suspend/resume on 5.0.0-25-generic which now works. Tested suspend/resume after each device was reconnected and identified the keyboard as the reason it resumes. Tried disabling all USB (XHCI/EHC*) in /proc/acpi/wakeup without success. Finally moved the keyboard to another USB port (non-SS) in the dock and I am now able to suspend without it waking up immediately. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1838993 Title: Suspend immediately resumes on Ubuntu 18.04.2 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1838993/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
