The most important problems in my opinion: The package spamassassin should be a dependency of Evolution Mail because it's the default spam filter. The package alsa-oss should be a dependency of wine because some wine programs require oss and alsa-oss would fill the void. The firestarter package is needed because most people need a GUI on a firewall to feel protected. Gocr should be a dependency of xsane because it needs this program to save text files. Allow any user to eject a cd. ex. User "Bob" wants to listen to some music. But user "Jill" left her cd in. So "Bob presses the button on the cd drive. Confused he right clicks the cd and says eject, only to find a "scary" error message . Auto dpkg repair when it is interupted (auto-run gksudo "dpkg --configure -A") You can't believe how many calls I get on this!
