Similar here, issue with power management.
While dell 7530 with 35gb and 18.04.
Most of the time doesn't boot for powermanagement issue. Most of the time I 
have to powercycle again, sometimes boots but i2c devices aren't enabled 
(touchpad), 15% everything works.
