seb128, as you have found a way to reliably reproduce the bug, I want to
ask you to do the following:

Run the command

cupsctl --debug-logging

to activate logginf by CUPS.

Edit the /etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf file, making sure that it contains
a line

DebugLogging file

with no "#" in the beginning.

Stop cups-browsed with

sudo systemctl stop cups-browsed

Wait some minutes, click away any apport pop-up.

If you get a crash now it is NOT yet covered by the debug logging.

Now start cups-browsed with

sudo systemctl start cups-browsed

wait some minutes, run "lpstat -v" repeatedly until no more remote
queues get discovered.

If it did not crash yet, shut down cups-browsed with

sudo systemctl stop cups-browsed

Wait some minutes.

If it did not crash yet, repeat this procedure until you get a crash.

Now attach the following files:

/etc/cups/cups-files.conf
/etc/cups/cupsd.conf
/etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf
/var/log/cups/error_log
/var/log/cups/cups-browsed_log

Please attach the files one-by-one, do not compress them and do not
package them together.
