Please add following kernel boot parameters and try again:

  initcall_debug ignore_loglevel=1 earlycon=efifb

Since you have neither access to console at early boot hang nor journald
that writes down kernel dmesg for further inspection, you may need to
take a picture of what's left on the screen at the end.
