** Description changed:

- For some reason c-down-mouse-1 does not work.
+ For some reason <C-down-mouse-1> does not work.
+ When I press control button down and click mouse-1, nothing happens.
+ Only text "<C-mouse-1> is undefined" emerges in the echo area.
I tried to start emacs without init file: "/usr/bin/emacs-gtk -q", but the
problem did not disappear.
- I built my own package from emacs-26.3 sources (emacs-26.3.tar.xz from
ftp.gnu.org, build server ubuntu 18.04.3). If I install this package into
ubuntu 20.04, then c-down-mouse-1 works ok.
