Yesterday evening I installed updates on Ubuntu 19.10 running on a Dell
Latitude 5591 (Core i7-8850H @ 2.60 Ghz x 12, GeForce MX130). Laptop
connected to power supply. Nothing special, just the updates that were
proposed as they always do. Reboot afterwards was fine.

This morning I started the laptop on the battery. Booting failed with
purple screen. Recovery option mentioned Loading initial ramdisk. After
I plugged in the power supply Ubuntu started successfully.
