Hello, I installed today "5.3.0-52-generic #46-Ubuntu SMP" following comment https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1872001/comments/101 (and fixing the typo for /etc/sourceS.list)
It removed all visible hang issued I have before especially with IntelliJ and the whole desktop.
