Hi Sebastien, Thank you for your help. I attach a screenshot. Authentication type is "Password". I do not show my actual user name. For Password I selected "Ask for this password every time." For CA certificate I selected "None", In Ubuntu 20.04 for vpn setup the "Add" button is greyed out and I cannot select it after inputting all the settings. For Ubuntu 18.04 there were no issues setting up a VPN. I will try nm-connection-editor. Thanks. Raad Nashmi
