Indeed there is now in the repository from Ubuntu clamtk 6.03-1 and clamtk-gnome 6.02-1. It seems logical what you said: clamtk-gnome 6.02 is the latest in the repository, so it doesn't recognize clamtk 6.03. The maintainers should create clamtk-gnome 6.03 witch contains the original version from you: 0.05. I will try to contact through email the original maintainers of clamtk-gnome Ubuntu.
