Hello Andrew, The fix is on the libisc-export1105 library (check dependencies on: https://launchpad.net/~niedbalski/+archive/ubuntu/fix-1872118/+packages), just replacing the dhcpd binary won't be enough.
If you can install isc-dhcp-server and its dependencies from the PPA and test, would be great.
