I got it running with the --no_gui_rpc option, which probably prevent to connect a gui client to it :-( But at least, it's helping some projects.
I also run into another problem just after : some certificates are missing. They can be found here : http://boinc.berkeley.edu/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi/~checkout~/boinc/curl/ca-bundle.crt?content-type=text%2Fplain;only_with_tag=HEAD This file must be saved in the user boinc directory.
