Hi1 Thank you everyone for participating! I can confirm that version 3.1.1+ds-1~ubuntu20.04.1 of the telegram-desktop package in focal-proposed works okay. I successfully ran the test from the bug description. To verify update of the libtgowt package with the static library, I did two peer-to-peer calls, incoming and outcoming, and I also checked group video chats. They all work as expected. No glitches with UI were noticed, which might appear due to a lower Qt version.
