QA-test on Lubuntu jammy on - dell [optiplex] 780 (c2q-q9400, 8gb, amd/ati cedar radeon hd 5000/6000/7350/8350)
and I COULD NOT replicate the issue... scroll bar showed correctly too. (this uses the same monitors as d755-8 I mentioned in comment #4 but they are used by d780 as 1280x1024 only, where on d755-8 I had one as 1280x1024 & the other often lower resolution.
