For the resume problem have you guys edited your /etc/default/acpi- support ?
With my nx8220 (ati x600) I had to set the following : POST_VIDEO=false SAVE_VBE_STATE=false for it to resume on ati (oss) driver. fglrx driver already froze on suspend. I just sold my nx8220 and now have a 6910p (ati x2300) using radeonhd drivers. I also had to edit my /etc/default/acpi-support for resume to go through. If Hardy kernel is suspending and having a problem with resuming, then maybe its worth a look into playing with /etc/default/acpi-support -- [gutsy] fglrx breaks over suspend/resume https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/121653 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
