I can confirm that the trac package in jammy-proposed has fixed the bug for me.
Test done: Test-1: "tracd --help" and "trac-admin --help" both worked and displayed the help message. Test-2: Followed the testplan as mentioned in the "More comprehensive test:" and confirmed that the project is viewable on browser. Test result: the errors with trac has been fixed.
