I also noticed 100% utilization of a single CPU thread (by the kernel) when this happens. Probably same issue as https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-signed-hwe-6.5/+bug/2057484 ( kernel worker event freezes during traffic on iwlwifi)
