Thanks for suggesting kernel options.
I'm not use to change them, but if it's on the file `etc/default/grub`, now it
resembles this:
`GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash loglevel=3 i915.enable_dc=0
intel_idle.max_cstate=2"`

As of now, it seems the issue is fixed, but because it's pretty random
throughout the day, I need more time to confirm the fix.

It may be related to other display issues I had that I do not see anymore:
- I could anticipate that the bug would occur because my mouse cursor would be
pixelated on my primary screen (before the screen starts gliching once I move
it to another screen). It seems to display the cursor cerrectly now.
- Sometimes, typing my password on the login screen would shift the primary
screen by about half its display size to the right for a couple of frames on
every keystroke.

I'll post any relevant update if any.
Thanks,
A. Jacob
