Public bug reported:
Since Rush 2.3 (Ubuntu 24.04) it is not possible to specify limits in
the rush.rc file. Rush fails when parsing the limits string with an
'unknown limit' error.
Example:
limits t10r20
Result:
/etc/rush.rc:19: unknown limit: 10r20
